Shipping policy

Our shipping policy applies Australia Wide.

Please allow 1-5 business days for handling time and processing of orders. During peak season and sales, we ask for some additional processing time as we catch up with our orders. We reserve the right to exceed these conditions under certain circumstances such as public holidays and busy Christmas periods. .

    Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for regional areas and for orders placed on weekends and public holidays.

    TRACKING

    Tracking information should be sent within 24-48 hours of the parcel being processed through our system. If you require more tracking information, please contact us at hello@selighting.com.au with your order number and details and we will be happy to help.

    Whilst all care is taken to dispatch your order as soon as we can, we will take no responsibility or liability for late deliveries. As a result, it is advisable to not book your electrician for installation of your lights until they have physically arrived to your premises.
